Shipping Policy

• Solar-Gardens.com ships all orders UPS. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards of the product. Please contact us with any questions regarding this. See Shipping Damages for more information.
• If a partial order is shipped separately or backordered you will be emailed, notified of the backorder & date and when the item is expected to ship.
• Orders will not be processed on weekends or holidays.
• As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the tracking number. You can also track your shipping in order tracking on our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet or by phone.

Return Policy:

If you are not completely satisfied  with your purchase, Solar-gardens.com will  gladly accept returns for the 7  days after the product is received, provided all items are unused and in their original wrapping There will be a 25% restocking fee.

Please send an e-mail to us at contact@solar-gardens.com with-in the 7days and requesting a Return Authorization Number(RAN)and return form. We will send you a RAN and the form via e-mail.

When returning product :attach a copy of the receipt and return form. All returns must have a RAN to receive an exchange or refund. Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer Refund on returns is on product price, no shipping cost will be refunded.

Product damaged in shipping:

Product damaged in shipping will be replaced, customer needs to keep all the shipping packaging so it can be inspected and contact  us via e-mail at contact@solar-gardens.com as soon as possible and request a replacement  form. We will send you the form via e-mail.

Shipping Damages:

• Of course if the incorrect product is shipped, or the product is defective, we will correct it.
